The most important feature that makes AnyDesk different from dozens of remote desktop software and its most popular rival Teamviewer is that it is highly optimized for speed. When the delay rate is too high in other remote desktop software, AnyDesk can handle very busy operations in minutes, even in minutes. Now if i want to connect via AnyDesk to a remote pc, its slower, it takes now (somewhat) 30 sec to establish a connection. I switched back to the older router, the connection is immediate (1-2 sec from when i click on the remote pc). AnyDesk is a remote desktop software developed by AnyDesk Software. It provides bidirectional remote access between personal computers and is available for a.
I am new here so I dont know if I'm doing this right.
So, im freelancing, working as VA. I'm supposed to connect to their remote computer and work there through anydesk.
The first day of my training, it was working fine. I could connect and work. There was lag but tolerable.
However, just yesterday and today, it started to really go slow. So slow that I have already read the 10 line instruction in my telegram but in the remote I could see the instructor still texting the first line..
About my net speed, my connection is constant at around 23-25 mbps. While the remote computer has 90-100.
About the version of my anydesk, I tried to connect to my friend and it's working fine.
I read a thread on monitor image compression rate, but I actually don't understand a thing. The remote computer is at least x2 of the size than my laptop (15 in).
I'm not an IT person, so please kindly translate things to layman's term hehe. Thank you so much in advance for the help!
Anydesk Too Slow
I'm running the current AnyDesk 5.5.3.0, installed on my machine with my lite-1 license. I have the manual for version 3.0, and I have searched that, the AnyDesk Help Center, and Reddit/r/AnyDesk for 'refresh'. I am trying to support a client, who has a slow connection, with the virtual world of Second Life. Both machines are Win7. If the session has poor performance, check whether another program occupies too much GPU resources. HD-Video streaming during session consumes high bandwidth and lowers performance. You can free GPU resources for AnyDesk by going to full screen mode or by minimizing the interfering application. Hardware Acceleration.
